Terms of Service

Last updated: October 29, 2026

The essentials: Before the Beep is free, only sends reminders, never pays, recharges, or cancels anything for you, and you can leave whenever you like.

Using these terms

By using beforethebeep.lat or Before the Beep, operated by Before the Beep LLC, you agree to these terms and the Privacy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What Before the Beep does — and doesn’t

Before the Beep is a free tool that tracks when your prepaid phone or data plan expires and reminds you before it does. It reminds you based on the dates you enter. It never logs in to, pays for, recharges, or cancels any account or plan.

It’s free

No fee, no card on file, no trial that turns into a charge. Any optional paid feature in the future would be clearly disclosed and need your express agreement first.

Who can use it

Adults 18+ living in the United States.

Your link and your details

We text a personal link to the number you provide. Keep it to yourself and keep your dates accurate — reminders are only as good as the information entered.

Fair use

Don’t abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or use the service for anything unlawful.

Our name and content

The Before the Beep brand, website, and software belong to Before the Beep LLC. Please don’t copy them without permission.

No affiliation

Before the Beep is independent and not connected to any carrier, bank, or subscription provider.

Best-effort reminders

The service is provided “as is.” Networks and devices can fail, so please double-check important dates with your provider.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, Before the Beep LLC isn’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is capped at $100.

Resolving disputes

Please email us first — most issues are solved quickly. Unresolved disputes go to binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognized US arbitration provider. You and Before the Beep LLC give up jury trials and class actions. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first use by emailing info@beforethebeep.lat. Small-claims court remains available.

Applicable law

The laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable US federal law.

Leaving

Stop whenever you like; reply STOP or email us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
